Legal Malpractice Info and Disclaimer

PLEASE NOTE: You should consult with an attorney for individual advice regarding your own specific legal malpractice situation. I created this website and my social media accounts such as Twitter, for informational and/or advertising purposes only. The material posted on this website is not intended to create, and receipt of it does not constitute, a lawyer-client relationship, and readers should not act upon it without seeking independent professional counsel.

If you have a legal matter that requires an attorney, you should contact an attorney immediately to make sure your rights are protected. The initial phone call with my office does not create an attorney-client relationship (although anything we discuss is held confidential as per the Rules of Professional Conduct).

An attorney-client relationship is only created with me if there is a signed retainer agreement between us setting forth the terms and conditions and any limitations on my representation. Until such time as you have actually retained my office, you and your company are solely responsible for whatever legal matters you need to address.

Time is often of the essence for issues involving legal malpractice, fee disputes, and potentially unethical conduct on the part of attorneys. There are strict time limits in pursuing legal rights. It is your sole responsibility to seek and obtain legal counsel within whatever time constraints exist in your case.

Please note that I do not accept any documents from potential clients prior to my sending you a written request for such documents.  Please do not mail, or email any documents to me without my written request. I will not read nor take any responsibility for documents sent without my request.

Thank you.
